Duane Payne

Hello my name is Duane Payne. I was born and raised in rural Oklahoma. I moved to Victoria in 1993 with my wife Tara after graduating OSU with an Agricultural Education degree. Once moving here to Victoria my wife and I started our family having one daughter and two sons. All three are scheduled to graduate with their Masters this year. Thank the Lord! With that being said I am a Christian man being a member of First Baptist since moving here. I started servicing all insurance needs in 1994.
